It was a while before I actually started properly reading the book from my lack of interest in it, but when I started, it got really interesting. The maps on the inside are gorgeous, and the story has a strong plot to really draw you in. One of the biggest things about this book is its characters, they are well-developed and help readers connect more with them and the story itself. The way the story scared you into fully realizing how you really can't trust anyone around you really made me love it. There were things that I disliked about the story, for example; the similar names of clans. The names really confused me at first, until I figured it out. I love this writing style, which makes everything easy to read. I also like how different perspectives are offered, making different characters intentions and motivations clear. However, I do wish there was a pronunciation guide, as I was, and still am, very confused how some of these names are pronounced.
