I just can't get into this story. I'm unsure if it's the world building or just the first chapter, or if it's my personal mood but I'm not finding this appealing. The story jumps into action right away and we are introduced to two realms that a person can live depending on their state of soul - good or bad. Our main character Aina, saves a fox and ascends to the higher of realm. However breifly we meet Aina's mother, I am not fond of her and fail to see Aina's connection with her.
