Savannah “sparrow” is a very talented ballet dancer that unfortunately goes through a traumatic event when her boyfriend assaults her. She now has to confront the events of her past to get through the present.
I enjoyed the premise of this book but in the end the story was to confusing and disjointed to understand and really feel for the Sparrow character. The timeline jumped so much it was hard to really get a feel for the characters and relate to what Sparrow was going through. Abuse is something that happens to everyone as it has many different forms but I felt this story could have related to more people of written a little bit better. I think the story line was good but it just did not resonate with me as I thought it would have.
