I was so excited to see a ballerina on the cover, it was enough to make me interested in this book before I even read the synopsis or first look. I love books about dancers, especially ballet, and the hard hitting/mystery vibes that it gives me reminds of Dhonielle Clayton and Sona Charaipotra's Pretty Little Things and Tiny Broken Pieces, which I really enjoyed. I am excited to see how the ballet aspect is used in the story, and I really hope it is prevalent in it.
