The dialogue with Tristan King is quick-witted and humorous and is surely an indication of more heartwarming encounters to come. However, the book cover, in it's high contrasting dark motif, conjures foreboding thoughts of a black swan princess, suggesting that a more ominous path for our protagonist awaits.
