I'm not huge on YA and haven't read much of it since I myself was a young adult. However, this story just seemed...unbelievable? What kind of teenage boy would put bandaids on a girl he vaguely knows and then kiss them?! Am I crazy? Out of touch? It felt very contrived. I did like the personality of the main character, however.
