I feel like the cover is the perfect fit for this story. From the description it seems like the book is very deep and covers some very serious issues. The black and white cover I think is perfect for this. The pink lettering then I think ties in with the “picture perfect ballerina” image. Which is what it seems the main character, Sparrow, aims to be on the outside but on the inside there is much more going on.
