Little women intertwined with the racial divide of the Civil War era

Little Women is one of my favorite books of all time, so I was very excited when I saw the blurb of this book! The coming of age aspect from Little Women mixed with the harsh reality of life for Black people during the Civil War era makes for an extremely interesting, insightful, and realistic story about four sisters. Based on the first look, I liked the artistic style that the author took with the main characters - they are obviously based off of Amy, Jo, Beth, and Meg from Little Women but they each have their own spin with different characteristics and roles based on the time period. The idea of this book is ingenious and I would love to read more!
