A lot of books that are written as a different version of a classic aren’t all that great. This book however seems like it does a good job of it. Little women was a go to novel for me growing up and it’s really interesting to see it written with leads who are POC during this time period. From the start it seems to be written pretty well and it’s something I could see myself reading more of.
