Skyjack by K J Howe is written by a new author for me. I can’t wsit to read more by K J Howe! Loved Thea. A female hostage negotiator who does not sit behind a desk, but is out protecting and freeing hostages in a very physical way. She can not only take a hit, but give better than those that tangle with Her. She’s on a plane with two boys that had been child soldiers, taking them to their new home. The plane is skyjacked by a someone she’s had dealings with before. Thea and the boys bring on the plane is by accident, but Prospero, the hijacker, uses Thea’s loyalty to the boys as his bargaining chip, getting her to go after a truck he wants. Then we have Johann, a young boy whose dad is part of a group started to protect Europe from Communism, but now his dad only sees Muslims as the problem and wants to launch an attack with a bio weapon. How do Johann, Thea and Prospero connetc? Read the book!
