She Wouldn’t Change A Thing is a women’s fiction novel with a paranormal twist. There is an emphasis on having purpose, making sacrifices and love.

Dr Maria Forssman is a married soon-to-be mother of three and psychologist that is warned by a new patient that her life is in danger and to be careful. When she wakes up in her childhood bedroom in her much younger body she knows something went wrong. The reader follows Maria on her journey of discovering her purpose and knowing that every choice she makes can put her further and further away from getting back to her future self and family.

There is a lot of emotional content in this book and it keeps the reader interested with alternate POV’s from other characters connected to her journey. But I found Maria to be unnecessarily hard headed and her struggle to grasp what is happening to her frustrating.

Overall this is an engaging story with some lessons about love and sacrifice.
