This book was a very nice palate cleanser from other books. It has a very unique and different plot which was a refreshing change. I enjoyed the characters although I did have a hard time keeping track of everyone between the jumps.

The entire storage container scene was very strange. We are not given any information as to why Maria decides to go to the storage container and it’s also weird that Rachel would have a gun and be there at the same time. Why go to that extreme to hide a laptop with letters.

The theory that Maria’s daughters would still be present in the world was an interesting perspective.

I did think the use of suicide was completely flippant and might prevent me from recommending it to others. Why would that be Maria’s course of action to get back to her life? Especially so quickly after being in her younger life. It seemed she would have explored other options first.
