This seems like a super page-turner! Maria is a psychiatrist and a pregnant mother of two, who is very stressed because of with her hectic life (one harried morning, she tells her daughters they have fruit for breakfast because they eat Pop Tarts). Later that same morning, she meets a new patient, Sylvia Woolf, who claims to have come from the future, who warns Maria about her secretary, and who dies shortly thereafter — but not before giving the police investigating her death information about Maria, including Maria’s planned name for her soon-to-be-born son. Yikes! A lot of suspense in the first few chapters coupled with a very smooth writing style definitely makes me want to keep reading.
