Intriguing and creepy in a good way

This story is thoroughly engrossing from the start! The reader feels uneasy from the first sentence. We can't help but empathize with Maria as she juggles work and family on a hectic morning that lets us see the full picture of her life. When she gets to her psychiatry practice, she has a thoroughly unnerving session with a new patient who claims to be from the future and later ends up dead. I am not the biggest thriller reader but I am intrigued!
