The writing is good. I could feel how hectic the household was when Maria woke up. The characterization of the husband and the daughters was stereotypical and yet still true. Two little girls that age act exactly like that. The mystery really began when Marie meets her first patient of the morning. It makes me curious where this is all going and who Sylvia is exactly.
