First of all, the cover is noticeable enough to give any reader a second glance at it. Secondly, the blurb is completely intriguing. When I saw it dubbed as sci-fi I was momentarily bummed, but I don't think this falls into the type of sci-fi I typically dismiss as NOT FOR ME. I was so, so pleasantly surprised by this First Look and am bummed that the copies are already taken for this one! It's getting great reviews, and I think it's probably for good reason. Can't wait to read it!
