I don't love the cover art for this -- it definitely wouldn't make me want to pick it up if I saw it on a shelf at the store. However, the story summary intrigued me! The excerpt was OK, it seemed like there was a lot of color and not enough jumping into the story for my tastes, but it does seem interesting.
