The premise of this book sounds right in my wheelhouse. The first chapter drew me in - laughing to myself as I picture this pregnant mom going through her morning routine. The cover throws me off though. Immediately upon seeing it I think of The Dream Daughter by Diane Chamberlain. Then at further look, I was surprised to realize that the quote on the front is from Diane herself. I have a hard time with books that have very similar cover artwork because initially I can't get the other book out of my mind.
