This excerpt had me hooked from the beginning. I could tell immediately that this one is going to be an excellent psychological thriller with many twists along the way. I found Maria's character as a mother and wife very relatable. I enjoyed the details of her homelife and everything with her kids from school lunches to the take-home folders... so relevant!
Maria appears to be a psychiatrist. Her interactions with Sylvia left me wanting to read more. I need to know more about the connection between Sylvia and Rachel, as well as Rachel's past. Hands down this one will be added to my TBR pile and I would love to win a copy!
