This was one twisty book! Ive read other books by this author in the past, but this one was by far the best! I couldn’t put it down. I finished it in two days. I was completely sucked into the story from the first chapter. The author did such a great job making everyone look like a suspect. Some twists were somewhat predictable, but there was one big twist I did not see coming! I audibly gasped! My mind was blown.
Being a nurse myself, I was really drawn to that aspect of the story. I thought the author did a great job making the healthcare aspect of the story believable. I felt like she really did her research for that part of the book! I don’t want to say too much about the story, because the less you know going in, the better.
I definitely recommend this book if you enjoy twisty thrillers, especially if you’ve liked other thrillers by Kubica in the past.
