Got back in bed this morning with my coffee to finish this- my last read of Spring Break 🏝️ I honestly could have finished this one in one go, but paused reading to watch the Final Four games last night. (Rooting for Purdue, where my daughter goes to school.) 🏀🏀🚂🚂

I loved the Chicago setting of this book, but I’m glad I didn’t read it on our recent trip there. I would have been looking over my shoulder and avoiding bridges the whole time! The main character is an ICU nurse taking care of a badly injured comatose patient who fell from a bridge. As she starts digging into what happened to her patient, the twists and turns start rolling. At first I thought the nurse was just paranoid, but as I got further into it, things came together. She is somewhat an unreliable narrator, but it keeps the reader guessing.

Really enjoyed this psychological thriller!
