I like the idea of the book a lot, as I haven't seen many before about a kidnapping turned into a mystery not involving the child. I like that the prologue is just that, a prologue, and it comes before the chain of events in the first few chapters. The main character is easy to relate to and I find myself drawn to her and the story.
