I felt like there too many events and characters introduced too quickly. The daughter is kidnapped (when)? A patient jumps off a bridge? A high school friend shows up at a divorce support group with a suspicious bruise?? I’m sure it all comes together eventually, but the beginning didn’t grip me because of all these non-starters.
