This book opens with a mom’s worst nightmare as her daughter has been kidnapped. It drew me in immediately with its tense, nail-biting words. Then we quickly jump to the main character at work in an ICU and at a divorce meeting. I’m eager to see how this all blends together. What happened years ago that she is referencing when looking at the girl who jumped off a bridge in the ICU.
The cover is enticing and atmospheric, especially the title because I can’t wait to find out who’s not sorry and for what.
