Sadly, this book missed the mark for me. It had potential, but it fell flat in the execution. The author shares her personal issues, which may be relatable to some. There are questions at the end of the chapters, which could make this possibly useful as a small group study, though it doesn't feel like a Bible study, particularly as the amount of bible verses referenced is quite limited. I expected a bit of coaching through the anxiety, but instead, it was treated as a sin. The author seemed to suggest that the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator wasn't much different from the other "online tests" one can find on Facebook, etc., whereas it is a well-respected psychological test. This book is unlikely to be of use to some who struggle with anxiety. The cover is pretty, but I don't love the title, that makes it seem like the individual is reigning instead of God.
