My first impression of this book is that all Christians should read this book who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and in general what life has thrown at us. I like the way Saint-Elien opens up right off with her story and how she came to write the book.
"She Reigns" is a deep delve into our responses to what has been thrown our way and how to deal with them, letting God in to help is a tough thing at times. The author really digs down, letting the emotions come to the surface with every turn of the page.
