I would read this I love reading faith based books and self help ones.Sometimes I need the help or reminders I'm not alone.Help with negative thoughts or anxiety,worries to just relax and breathe that it's going to be ok and that its ok to ask and get help.I also love the cover I would but it if I saw it a store.
