I like the subtle yet bold cover. I like reading about different things within the self-help genre to discover new ways to look at things. I like to read about different religions so I am always interested when a book involves incorporating religion along with life to see how it is incorporated. This book seems to focus a lot on thoughts, feelings, and reflecting on emotions and work toward feeling more in control and power of oneself. Interested to read more into this.
