This self help book has some really great writing and a great message, but because I do not personally find myself super spiritual it is not for me. The cover art is a little strange, I’m not exactly sure what it’s supposed to represent or be? I did like the questions at the end of the chapters to help you journal as well as a link to a video. That is an awesome help for a book like this!
