The synopsis claims this is a self-help sort of book but the sample is just the author talking about how she became Christian. It's very self-centered. It reads almost as if she feels her experience would be universal while still being very specific to her. Also the idea that it's a good thing to be scared into believing is... an odd one. In any case it's very much not for me.
