I do not really read self-help books, they just do not keep my attention the way they should. But, for those that do, I think "She Reigns" would be a great option to explore, especially if you are a female, religious or not. I will never shy away from the opportunity to support a POC author, as well as someone who is confident in their beliefs, whatever those beliefs may be.
