As a saved Christian, I can tell that reading 'She Reigns' would help me work through some fears and insecurities I harbor about my walk with Christ. It would take a commitment of time to focus on the scriptures and precepts that the author presents but it would be time well spent. I have not read this author before and the cover wouldn't particularly draw me in otherwise, but I believe I would take something away from this book!
