I am not a religious person so I didn't care for this particular book. The novel cites a lot of scripture and provides the author's interpretation of them. There are discussion questions at the end of each chapter so that the reader can reflect on what was read.
It appears that the targeted audience are those seeking faith, hope and redemption. And this book will surely fit that bill. But for me, it was a no go since I'm not one to like any religious book, even if it were from Joel Olsteen.
