I'm not religious at all. I stepped away from the church a long time ago and found my own beliefs. Which means this book was not for me. I have read a lot of religious self-help books and this is one of the heaviest with preaching about how you need God. like if they don't pound it into your head you're going to fall off the path, instead of letting their message speak for them and their beliefs.
