I'm thinking that this would be a timely book to read during this season--Lent--as a way to connect more with your faith, especially if you're struggling with anxieties. I thought the writing was smooth and clear and the cover is simple, but elegant. I also like how there are reflection questions to end the chapter, as well as a video link. These help to make the text a bit more engaging.
