I am absolutely not part of this book's target audience. I rarely read romance. And yet, I loved this first impression! The writing style is so incredibly engaging that I just wanted to keep reading. I loved the banter between the two female characters. The story feels like romance mixed with a heavy dose of humor and a side of intrigue. I don't like the cover, and would have walked (or scrolled) right past it in other circumstances, but I'm glad I took the time to sample this one.
