The short stories in this book and beautifully written, both in content and in prose. Munashe Kaseke does a spectacular job of evoking emotion from the reader by presenting us with strong women we can empathize with. Their circumstances and backgrounds are varied, but they allow us some insight into a culture and people that I personally never see highlighted or celebrated in the way they are in this book. It was a wonderful and educational journey that certainly inspired me to learn more about women in other parts of the world, and to seek out their incredible stories.
