I enjoy first hand views of peoples journey to where they are & what they’ve overcome. This is one of those books that offers insight into the diversity & the struggles those of different color or race face everyday & how they face those challenges. This should be on everyone’s list so we can even attempt to better understand the diversity gap that plagues our nation.
