As an immigrant and woman of colour reader, I am immediately drawn to the characters, as we learn about the Zimambve culture. The first story was my favourite, as I learned about how marriage culture works in the diaspora. I am so excited about the opportunity to read this collection! I also love the cover, as it is so timely given the current conversations and debates about immigrants.
