I enjoyed reading Secrets so Deep by Ginny Myers Sain! This was a very entertaining book! I used to love ghost stories when I was a kid, so it's been a while since I've read a ghost story. This book was right up my alley! The atmosphere of the book really set my mood, so I felt transported in the story. The writing was very good, but the plot could be predictable at times. I also loved the characters. I thought Avril and Cole were well written if a little underdeveloped, but most of characters were complex and had depth. I really enjoyed Lex's character! I think the setting was perfect - a ghost story set at a theater camp on the rocky coast of Connecticut (what more could you want!!) Overall, this is a great spooky read for the fall and perfect for fans of young adult fiction and of the supernatural! I felt absorbed in the story, and I had a lot of fun reading this one!
