Avril is compelled to go back to Whisper Cove to find any trace of the mother she lost twelve years ago. Life is straight forward in Texas, but the newness of it doesn't fill the empty space or provide answers. She's accepted into a theater program run by her mother's old friend, but nobody except Avril knows she's been to Whisper Cove before, or do they? I suspect there are hidden secrets that will reveal themselves to Avril as the story goes on.
