I really liked reading Ginny's first book, so I was excited to see what I'd think of this one from the first impression. The opening line is lovely and the writing overall is beautiful and strong. It has the same cinematic feel of her last book, I can easily envision this group of teenagers on the beach with this slightly mysterious air, and it all helps pull me into Avril's story and makes me want to find out what's going on as well. Nice intro.
