I really wanted to read this book because spy/government thrillers aren't my first pick of genre. I wanted to branch out and when I saw this novel was set on the tropical island of Hawaii I was even more ecstatic. I was really pleased with how this novel didn't plateau and kept me wanting to read in the late hours of the night. I appreciated that for a first time reader for this genre I didn't have any issues understanding the plot nor the writing style. I also really loved and kept going back and looking at the gorgeous cover. That was a perfect choice for this novel and the setting really made the book for me. I am going to research this author and pick up a couple more books by him! I really enjoyed it. Thank you for providing me a e-copy!
