Wasn't too sure if this would be a book for me since I mainly read thrillers & horror but I did give it a go. I honestly don't care for the writing combined with the tense used, felt like one huge info dump that I struggled to continue to pay attention to. I compared the excerpt to several others on Bookish First, this excerpt is 27 pages with only a few paragraphs through the entire thing, just irrationally bothered me.
