For fans of this genre this feels like something they'd really enjoy? The characters feel very stale to me, the writing is good, the plot is quick and I can definitely see why someone would enjoy this as a fast read over a weekend or something though.
As far as the cover goes it seems a bit plain to me and wouldn't catch my eye if I were just browsing.
