While I was unfamiliar with this writer before examining the First Look, I could quickly see that I was really missing out. I think quality military suspense fiction is an underrated genre, and this one will really hit the mark when it is released this spring. After reading the First Look, I can see that this will appeal to a variety of readers, but I'm mostly excited for male readers who don't see enough gripping, high-quality options like this one.
