I received a copy of Saint X but decided to go listen to the audiobook instead. I would recommend that format. I went into the story without knowing very much about what it was about and I'm glad I did.
I enjoyed the unique premise. I enjoyed the way the story was told and unfolded.
There is enough mystery to keep you guessing throughout the story.
I picked up another by this author hoping for more of the same, but I was disappointed. Of the two books that I have read by this author, I definitely prefer Saint X. The two are completely different, so it's hard to compare. She definitely writes atmospheric novels well!
I recommend Saint X to readers of mystery, suspense, and psychological fiction. Also for true crime lovers I recommend Saint X because the story partially mirrors a true crime solving mystery, with a missing girl on a resort being the crime.
