This was a solid suspense/thriller/drama taking place on an ISLAND no less! I read this during the start of quarantine and finished it while it was in full effect - much needed escape!
Once I finished this one, I had one of those moments of looking around and asking myself what in the world I had just read! >0
The chain of events that this novel unravels is incredible. We have a family drama dynamic to start, which leads into a family vacation that SHOULD have been an escape, but really turns into more of a mystery/thriller/suspense trip instead.

Our main character ends up in some deep trouble, or so we assume. The reader begins trying to piece together slowly what could have happened to her as she goes missing. The search begins, and the family needs to bind together to cope. Years later, her younger sister comes face to face with fate, FULL CIRCLE.
