This excerpt of Rules for Vanishing is so intriguing. In a small town haunted by the ghost story of Lucy, a girl who disappeared, Sara's sister Becca also disappears a year ago while searching for Lucy. When a text message is sent out to the entire school about playing a game to find Lucy, Sara decides to play in case this is her chance to finally find out what happened to her sister. Some of her former group of close friends also decide to play, and it sounds like one of them is hiding something. The format of the book is a mix of Sara's perspective during these events, and interview notes and recording transcriptions after everything happens. I'm so curious about what happened to Becca, what happens when Sara plays the 'game', and what secrets everyone is hiding! Can't wait to read the rest of this book and I like the cover a lot.
