I was immediately drawn into this book. The cover is spooky and makes you want to follow that road. The author does the same early on with an intriguing story line and interesting characters. I want to search these pages for answers just like the kids are searching for the road. I love the style of the writing too, some first person narrative mixed with interview style transcripts. It's a great concept and I'm eager to read the rest!!
